The Christian life is a life in community. All through both Testaments of the Bible, God calls us into relationship with Himself, and with others in the family of faith. The Church is the Body of Christ, every Christian is a part of it. Just like the eye needs the ear, we need each other. People today are longing for meaningful relationships, and The Church in Drive desires to be a place where we can really connect with each other through Christ. We as church family are going to have ministries for all ages. To begin with, we already have a growing ministry to college students, called Standing in the Gap. We are also looking to establish a nursery and kid’s program in the near future. If you like to work with babies and children, if you like to host parties and entertain, or if you enjoy meeting and welcoming new friends, our Community Team may be a great fit for you.
